Brackets will allow you to run 93-13 H-D® hard bags or Sumax saddlebags. Brackets include all mounting hardware and DZUS® receptacles which accept 1/4 turn fasteners just like stock Touring models. Mounting holes have been slotted for precise fitment. Powder-coated, high-gloss black, stainless steel brackets. Comes complete with Gardner- Westcott stainless hardware and Goodyear® rubber bumper pads.
